With regard to the processing of your personal data, Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (“İKSV”), including its own İstanbul Culture and Arts Foundation Tur. Paz. Org. Economic Enterprise, has the title of Data Controller; and your personal data is processed by İKSV within the framework explained below and always in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”). Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data: As İKSV, your personal data consisting of your name, surname, contact information, information obtained through social media accounts, activities you have attended, your areas of interest, e-bulletin reading habits, tendencies, etc. are analyzed; developing our events, activities and services, sharing them with you, carrying out institution/area/field research, analysis and reporting activities; planning and executing operations aimed at entering into a contractual relationship and/or advertising, sales and marketing; carrying out organizations, meetings, invitations and events; sending special campaigns and announcements to you, carrying out advertising, promotion and publicity, including social media, which may include supporter/sponsor information and visibility; sending commercial electronic messages and carrying out promotion and announcement activities aimed at you through social media, being able to remind you of contents and opportunities that you like, that you may want to access again, that you would be pleased to be reminded of, depending on your preference; planning and executing actions aimed at increasing the level of perception about the institution, its activities and the brand, as well as structuring, developing and executing corporate management and communication activities; planning and executing activities aimed at developing, monitoring and controlling works, studies and operations specific to the foundation; We may process your personal data for purposes such as evaluating incoming complaints and applications, and performing activities to ensure that the data is kept accurate and up-to-date (“Purposes”). Collection Method and Legal Reason of Your Personal Data Your personal data is obtained and processed by İKSV through İKSV and websites affiliated with İKSV, through ticket sales companies if you approve sharing, through communication forms signed during events or through other contact channels you will have with İKSV, either fully or partially automatically or through non-automatic/physical methods provided that they are part of a data recording system. Your personal data is processed with your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5/1. As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights by filling out the signed application form and sending it by post to “Istanbul Culture and Arts Foundation Nejat Eczacıbaşı Building Sadi Konuralp Caddesi No:5 Şişhane 34433 İstanbul”, using a secure electronic signature/mobile signature or by using your e-mail address previously notified to İKSV and registered in İKSV’s system to kisiselveriler@iksv.org, your request will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
